There is no magic “submit to Google” step
Google discovers the vast majority of pages automatically as its crawlers explore links and sitemaps. A manual submission is not a requirement for appearing in Google Search.

Where Search Console is configured for the project, it can be used to monitor indexing, submit the site's sitemap and inspect important URLs.
What this does not guarantee
Search Console, a sitemap or a technically crawlable website cannot guarantee that Google will index every page or place it in a particular position. Google decides what it crawls, indexes and serves in results.
What happens after launch
