Run these first checks
- Open the website on another device if one is available.
- Try mobile data as well as your normal Wi-Fi connection.
- Try another browser.
- Check whether the whole website is unavailable or only one page.
- Note any error message shown on screen.
- If the problem continues, contact Toolbelt Websites support and include the website address and what you found.
Temporary browser, device or network problems can sometimes make a working website appear unavailable from one location.
Do not change hosting or DNS settings
Do not restart servers, change DNS, alter nameservers, modify hosting or change SSL settings unless Toolbelt Websites has specifically instructed you to do so. Those changes can create a second problem while the original issue is still being investigated.
Old website or temporary launch behaviour
If the website has recently launched and you are seeing the previous version rather than an error, read Why is my old website still showing?
If your concern is specifically about disruption during launch, see Will my website experience downtime?
