Monthly billing
With monthly billing, you pay the plan price each month. Choosing monthly payments does not remove the initial 12-month minimum commitment.
After the first 12 months, a monthly subscription continues month-to-month until it is cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Annual billing
Annual customers pay 12 months upfront and receive 12 months for the price of 10. Current annual prices are:
- One Page: £290 + VAT per year;
- Starter: £490 + VAT per year;
- Growth: £990 + VAT per year;
- Pro: £1,490 + VAT per year.
Annual subscriptions automatically renew for another 12-month period unless Toolbelt Websites receives at least 30 days' written notice before renewal.
What is a billing cycle?
Your website-update allowance follows your service billing cycle rather than automatically following the calendar month. It resets for each billing cycle and does not roll over.
This applies to annual customers as well. Paying annually does not turn the entire year's update allowance into one large block of time.
Can an annual subscription be refunded part-way through the year?
Once an annual term has begun, the annual subscription is non-refundable, subject to applicable legal rights and any discretion Toolbelt Websites may choose to exercise in genuinely exceptional circumstances.
This does not create a promise that a discretionary refund will be available in a particular case.
How do I stop a renewal?
Cancellation notice should be sent in writing to support@toolbeltwebsites.co.uk. Monthly customers can give 30 days' notice once the initial minimum term has ended. Annual customers should give at least 30 days' notice before the annual renewal date.
