Can I upgrade my package?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, including moving from One Page to Starter, Starter to Growth or Growth to Pro. There is no setup fee for an upgrade.
The existing website can normally be expanded rather than rebuilt unnecessarily. Any billing adjustment will be shown when the upgrade is processed.
The precise payment-platform mechanics can vary, so this Help Centre article does not promise a particular technical proration sequence.
Can I add pages without changing package?
Yes. Standard additional pages can be added beyond the package allowance for £10 + VAT per additional page per month.
There is no arbitrary hard limit. If several extra pages mean a higher package would cost less or provide better overall value, Toolbelt Websites will point that out rather than quietly stacking unnecessary page charges.
What does the additional-page charge include?
The monthly additional-page charge includes creating the normal additional page. It is not also deducted from your normal website-update allowance and it is not also charged at the £50/hour ad hoc development rate for an ordinary page.
A normal additional page is generally an internal service or information page of up to approximately 800 words and up to approximately 5 content sections. That 800-word figure is a scope guide, not an SEO recommendation or a target that every page should reach.
If a requested page becomes materially more complex — for example because it needs extensive custom layouts, substantial bespoke functionality or considerably more development — the additional work can be scoped at £50 + VAT per hour.
Can I downgrade?
You can downgrade after the initial 12-month minimum term has ended.
If the website contains more normal pages than the lower package allows, the site needs to be brought back within the lower package scope. Tell Toolbelt Websites in writing which pages you want to retain or remove and we can work through the practical change with you.
A downgrade changes the package capacity going forward; it is not intended as a way to keep all higher-tier capacity indefinitely while paying for a lower plan.
How do I request a change?
