Identify the page and section
Email support@toolbeltwebsites.co.uk and tell us which page and section should change. If possible, include the page URL and describe the current content so there is no ambiguity.
Provide the new content
If text, images, contact details or other content needs replacing, send the final replacement material with the request. Screenshots or simple annotations can be helpful when you are referring to a particular position on the page.
Understand the type of change
A normal update to existing content may fall within your website update allowance. The allowance varies by plan, resets each billing cycle and does not roll over. See What counts towards my monthly website update allowance? for the current allowances and examples.
Adding a standard additional page is handled separately from the normal update allowance, while substantial bespoke functionality or major structural work may count as additional development. See What counts as additional development? for the distinction.
Keep the request specific
A request such as “change the opening paragraph on the Services page to the attached copy” is much clearer than “update the website”. If several unrelated changes are needed, list them separately so each item can be understood.
