Run one controlled test
Submit the form once using clearly identifiable test details. After submission, confirm whether the website shows the normal success or confirmation message.
Check the expected inbox
Check the email inbox that is meant to receive website enquiries, then check Spam or Junk. If you are not sure which address should receive the message, avoid changing anything and include the expected recipient when you contact support.
Use the detailed form guides
The Forms & Enquiries section contains the full troubleshooting guidance:
- How do I check whether my website form is working?
- Why haven't I received a website enquiry?
- Can contact form emails go into spam?
If the problem is repeatable
Email support@toolbeltwebsites.co.uk and include which form you tested, the approximate submission time and the recipient email address you expected the enquiry to reach.
